University of Texas at San Antonio Office of University Communications photographs, 1972-2001.

This collection spans the years 1972 through 2001 and includes photographs, negatives, contact prints and slides depicting the University of Texas at San Antonio. Included in the collection are photographs of people (students, faculty, and staff), buildings, campus grounds of UTSA's three campuses (1604, Downtown, and the Institute of Texan Cultures), colleges, events and objects. The collection was transferred to the UTSA Archives in 2003, about three years after the Office of University Communications (including Public Affairs and University Publications) began taking strictly digital photographs.
